Halloumi stuffed bell pepper with mint oil πŸ’š

Lunch usually needs to be quick. Correspondingly, the work steps mustn’t be complicated and the number of ingredients has to be small. This only five-ingredient dish is flavorful and comes together really easily. Add some edible flowers and you’ll have yourself a lovely lunch.

Remove the top of your bell peppers (I used white ones). Open the peppers by slicing one side from the top to the bottom, remove the core and membrane and your peppers are good to. Slice halloumi and fill the peppers. Bake for 20 minutes in 180Β°C.

In the meantime, chop fresh mint and mix it with olive oil and fleur de sel.

Sprinkle the peppers with mint oil and decorate with edible flowers, such as different roses.
